Every year, America celebrates its independence with millions of dollars worth of explosives imported from China. Zachary Crockett lights a fuse and backs away quickly.

Look at some of the recent examples of what is factually accurate vs. what the media says: Trump pressed Cyril Ramaphosa on the “White Genocide” unfolding in his country = Trump ‘Ambushed’ South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in the oval office, pushes false claims. Two Israeli embassy employees were shot and killed by a pro-Palestine protester with ties to Left-wing groups = Amid Israeli’s ongoing war in Gaza, where thousands have perished, Elias Rodriguez, a Chicago native and activist, shot and killed two Israeli embassy employees. Over the past month, the corporate media, most namely CNN, NBC, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, have proven, yet again, that they are a ‘Pravda-like propaganda organ’ for Left-wing causes: “We know what you're doing. You're trying to gin up momentum, enthusiasm, for a Left-wing cause that 50% of the population just doesn't support," argues Victor Davis Hanson on this bonus edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.” 👉Don’t miss out on Victor’s latest videos by subscribing to The Daily Signal today. WSJ senior reporter Jon Emont discusses how China's economy fueled that buildup, what it means for China’s economy, and where that leaves the U.S. Alex Ossola hosts.

When Samaiya Mushtaq was growing up, she imagined marrying a kind Muslim man, and at 21, she did. But while studying to become a psychiatrist in medical school, she realized her husband couldn’t meet her emotional needs — something she deeply craved. Despite the shame she felt, she got a divorce.
In this episode, Mushtaq shares the twists and turns of her unexpected second chance at love, where service is at the center. From working in health care during the pandemic to building a family to undertaking harrowing service trips to Gaza, she found what she truly needed in a marriage — only after letting go of what she thought she wanted.
Samaiya Mushtaq’s memoir will be published by Daybreak Press next winter.
This episode was inspired by her 2023 essay, “Must We Feel Shame Over Divorce?”
