Vermont Native Douglas Mackey talks about the legal victory he received in June of 2025 that ultimately maintains every Americans right to make a political joke or jest and exercise their free speech rights. 

This battle started in 2020 under the Biden DOJ over a simple MEME on social media,  and was a hard fought, costly endeavor by Mackey on behalf of defending the First Amendment we hold dear in the US.
