On his first day in office, President Joe Biden signed a divisive executive order that could ultimately lead to the end of women’s sports as we know them. 

The “Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation” says, “Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.”

The order gives biological males who identify as women a pathway to compete in female sports and enter women’s-only spaces, such as bathrooms. 

Natasha Chart, the executive director of Women’s Liberation Front, explains the implications of Biden’s executive action and why we now face an emergency in the battle to protect women’s athletic opportunities from men.

A migrant caravan began moving toward America’s southern border after the Biden administration announced a pause in deportations for 100 days. 

A federal judge in Texas on Tuesday temporarily blocked Biden’s decision to suspend deportations, pending arguments. The president's immigration policy, such as the U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021, pose a grave threat to America, according to Ana Quintana, a Heritage Foundation senior policy analyst in Latin America and the Western Hemisphere. 

Quintana joins the podcast to explain the likely impact of Biden’s changes to immigration policy.

The annual March for Life has been canceled for the first time in its 47-year history, due to coronavirus concerns as well as as a result of the pressure law enforcement in and around the Capitol is currently facing.

The annual rally instead will take place virtually, with just a small group of pro-life leaders from across the country marching in Washington this year.

“Every child deserves a family,” begins President Donald Trump’s executive order last June on “Strengthening the Child Welfare System for America’s Children.” 

The Trump administration made foster children a priority, working with state and local groups to place children in loving homes more quickly and to ensure that fewer children are entering the system to begin with. 

Lynn Johnson, assistant secretary at the Administration for Children and Families, which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services, joins the show to discuss how that executive order last summer has improved the foster care system and why it’s so important for the incoming Biden administration to continue to make vulnerable children a priority.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday became the first president to be impeached a second time. The House voted 232 to 197 to impeach the president, with 10 Republican members joining all of the Democrats. 

President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration is less than a week away, which doesn’t give the Senate enough time to hold a trial before Trump’s term expires. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., says that if a Senate trial is to take place, it will occur after Trump leaves office.
